Applications Commercial Folding Dive Boats:

The model FDB  is a high-speed catamaran specifically designed for commercial diving operations.

It is based on the model FDB (Folding Container Barge) configuration with the exception being the central base is designed with a tunnel-hull and the side modules are shaped to form two catamaran hulls. The FDB incorporates a cabin and deck crane both of which fold into the deck and side modules. Propulsion is via twin jets or outboards mounted in the stern side modules. Folding is hydraulically powered. The bow incorporates a dive ramp which can be lowered to water-level.
